Dear Hopkinton
Residents;
We would like to introduce ourselves; our company is
E.L. Harvey &
Sons. We are located right next door in Westborough. As of June 30th 2008, we
will be taking over the pick-up and processing of your recyclable materials, as well as curbside trash pick-up. We are looking forward to a seamless transition, from your current curbside and recycle provider to us. Our close proximity
to Hopkinton gives us the flexibility to provide you with excellent service. We are honored that the Town has given us the opportunity to serve all of you. We
are excited to start the contract, and look forward to dealing with all of the residents.
Thank you for doing your part by recycling everything possible. Not only
are you helping the Town reduce trash, you are also helping the
environment. Recycling does a great part in helping sustain the environment, by cutting
down the use of virgin materials. By reducing the use of virgin materials, we can preserve existing habitats, save trees and reduce the use of fossil fuels.
Now
posted is the new recycling schedule, as well as a list of
recyclable
materials. Note that half the town will be picked up on a different week. Please
recycle your old recycling calendar.) These are lists of materials that can be picked
up curbside, as well as materials that can be taken to the Town recycling
drop-off center. Please help the Town and E.L. Harvey & Sons comply with the
all DEP's policies and waste bans. Thank you again for doing your part to
help your Town and the environment. Thank you again for the opportunity to
provide you with our service.
Sincerely, The E.L. Harvey & Sons Team
