Requests to Withdraw were granted by the Board of Appeals without allowance of, or agreement to, any of the conditions requested by the Appellants. The Board of Appeals did not reach or consider the merits of the appeals, or address any of the requests for relief contained therein, including jurisdictional related issues. The Board of Appeals took no action other than to allow the Appellants to withdraw. Therefore, the August 29, 2005 correspondence of the Zoning Enforcement Officer remains and stands unaltered and unchanged by the appeals.
