General Laws Chapter 40A Section 11.
Special Permits and Variances granted by the Board of Appeals
become valid pursuant to MGL c. 40A s. 11 only after they
are recorded at the Middlesex
South District Registry of Deeds after expiration of
the twenty (20) day appeal period. The Director of
Municipal Inspections may require proof of recording prior to
the issuance of a Building Permit. Interested
parties should review the records at the Office
of Town Clerk for the Town of Hopkinton and the Registry
of Deeds for official copies of Decisions.
