Painting Class 
Come unleash your creativity and join award-winning Artist, Bill Robinson as he guides you through the basics of Painting. Students will be instructed in their chosen medium painting with oils, acrylics, watercolors, or pastels to the completion of one or more pieces by the end of the course. Have fun while developing new skills. All experience levels are welcome. This is an 8 week course.

Stamp Art: Gift Class
Want to create something unique and special for Mother’s Day, Teachers Gifts or even Father’s Day?  If so, this class is for you.  Join Instructor Marcy Arms Ashland resident and Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator  creating 4 hand stamped projects that are suitable for teachers gifts, Mother’s Day, hostess gifts and even Father’s day.    Your recipients will say WOW and you will be so impressed with your own creations that you may not want to give them away!   This is a one-night class.

Stamp Art: All Occasion Card Class
Come join Instructor Marcy Arms and learn how to create beautiful hand stamped cards.  In this class we will create cards using basic rubberstamping techniques and embellishments.  You will learn how easy and quick it is to create your own beautiful cards and never have to send a store-bought card again.   This class is for the beginner who wants to learn to stamp and the more advanced Stamper looking for new, ‘easy to create’ ideas.

Leather Craft Class 
Instructor Bob Leal will share the basics of leather-craft including basic design, patternmaking, stamping, carving and other decorative applications finishing with stains and dyes, constructing with rivets and/or saddle (hand) stitching. Hopkinton resident  Bob Leal , juried and accepted to The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen, has been at his craft for over 40 years selling his wares to shops and craft fairs from Kennebunk to Key West . Mr. Leal also teaches leather crafting  through various community and adult education  programs and says its easy and fun to make beautiful leather crafts.  Minimum 6 / Maximum 12 students.

Health & Wellness

HeartSaver Pediatric First Aid & CPR

Juanita Allen, Wilderness EMT and Dir of Health & Wellness, Century Health Systems, teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics covered will include First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, Environmental Emergencies, and CPR. This course is for those who must respond to a first aid emergency or regulatory requirements. Great for parents, Scout Leaders, Coaches Teachers and Child Care Providers. This class is for ages 16 to Adult.

Introduction to Svaroopa® Yoga 
Learn a different daily yoga practice in each class that will make you feel so good you’ll want to do it at home. Svaroopa® yoga is a unique and primary style of hatha yoga in America . The emphasis is on releasing your core tensions to help you feel more at ease and energetic. This course will empower you with tools to unwind tension and to feel uplift. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Join registered yoga instructor, Adeline Alex, owner of Yoga of the Heart, at her Holliston studio.  This is a 5 session course.

T’ai Chi for Beginners
Regardless of your age or fitness level, these gracefully slow simple exercises can improve your physical and mental well-being with movements that slowly stretch and tone your body from head to toe. Join instructor Marcia Soldan, Villari’s Martial Arts T’ai Chi instructor and learn Level 1 of the modified Yang style T’ai Chi form. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. This is an 8 week class.

Yoga Flow
Join Absolute Yoga for a traditional yoga class that emphasizes being in a posture and slowing down to experience what each moment and pose offers. This class invites you to reflect on the sensations that a particular pose may reveal as you take time to tune in and listen. Build patience and relieve tension while you challenge your strength, flexibility and alignment. Class is taught at an adv. beginner/intermediate level. Room is mildly heated. Bring a yoga mat and a towel.  
This is a 7 wk class. Choose Thurs or Friday class.

Babysitting Lesson And Safety Training

 BLAST - Babysitter Lessons and Safety Training

Join Juanita Allen, Wilderness EMT and Director of Health and Wellness, Century Health Systems for a 4 hour National Safety Council class. Students will learn how to start their babysitting career,  the basics of baby care, first aid and  accident prevention. Students who attend this class  will earn a 2 year CPR certification. This 1-day class is open to Middle School boys and girls ages 12 – 14.    12 students maximum!
